In this dynamic position, you’ll play a vital role supporting students across multiple schools, spending time between locations in Crooksville and Marietta, Ohio, as well as providing services at Switzerland of Ohio Schools. This is a full-time role where you’ll collaborate with educators and families to develop tailored interventions that empower students and foster communication growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous SLP experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to adapt services for diverse K-12 populations
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
• Administer assessments and interpret results to identify student needs
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and school staff for comprehensive support
• Maintain thorough documentation and records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Travel between multiple school sites as needed for caseload management
