CNC Operator/ProgrammerExpress Employment Professionals is recruiting a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer for a well-established custom manufacturing company specializing in high-end architectural millwork, retail fixtures, cosmetic counters, and custom displays for luxury retail brands throughout the United States and Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC professional who enjoys working in a collaborative shop environment focused on quality over volume production.Job Duties:Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery to produce custom wood products and fixtures.Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.Create and modify CNC programs for efficient and accurate production.Troubleshoot programming and machine issues.Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and routine maintenance.Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of CNC programming and operation experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.Experience with CNC routers and woodworking machinery.Experience with Mastercam preferred.Strong math and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail.Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pmPay: $18.00-$20.00/hr DOEBenefits Available to Eligible Express Associates:Medical PlanDental PlanHoliday Pay (6 Days Observed)401(k) Retirement Savings PlanVision/Eyewear PlanLife InsurancePrescription Drug ReimbursementShort-Term DisabilityExpress is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
