Finance Business Partner

Serving as a strategic finance advisor, the full-time remote Finance Business Partner will manage comprehensive P&L analysis, develop complex financial models, and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting to support decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with functional leaders to drive financial decision-making on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management Own comprehensive P&L analysis and reporting, including revenue, expenses, and profitability trending Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and variance commentary for leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance business partner roles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP accounting principles Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting/planning tools Virtual Vocations Inc
