Marketing Specialist – Full Time, Hybrid Location: Brentwood, TN **** MUST Reside within 40-50 miles of Brentwood, TN Overview Seeking a high-performing Marketing Specialist to support organizational growth by developing and executing strategic marketing programs for key B2B audiences. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, audience insight, content development, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, resourceful, and skilled at translating audience needs into compelling marketing initiatives that drive engagement and demand. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs that build awareness, engagement, and demand among assigned B2B audiences. Conduct audience and market research to understand customer needs, buying behaviors, competitive activity, industry trends, and market opportunities. Translate audience insights into marketing plans, campaigns, messaging, content, and materials that communicate Premise Health's value. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and priorities across multiple workstreams. Create and coordinate audience-specific content across print and digital channels, including sales collateral, web content, presentations, case studies, eBooks, social content, and other marketing assets. Collaborate with sales, clinical, operations, product marketing, digital, creative, communications, and other teams to execute go‑to‑market initiatives. Partner with sales and customer-facing teams to gather market feedback, identify opportunities, and ensure marketing programs support client engagement and business development. Lead stakeholder meetings to communicate plans, gather input, coordinate execution, and build alignment. Work with Creative, Digital, and Communications teams to activate and optimize marketing programs while maintaining brand consistency. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned audiences, providing insights, recommendations, and resources to internal teams. Monitor audience, industry, competitive, and channel trends to inform marketing priorities. Measure and optimize marketing performance using campaign results, audience insights, and stakeholder feedback. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, advertising, or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience; B2B marketing preferred. Strong understanding of marketing principles including segmentation, positioning, and messaging. Experience working with sales, business development, or growth teams is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong project management abilities. Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics (HubSpot and/or Salesforce). Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and performance improvement. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is helpful but not required. Ability to provide examples of prior professional work or writing samples. Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits.
