Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical Job Type: Full-Time | Days Schedule: 3x12, Days (6:30a-7pm), Rotating Weekends Commitment Retention bonus available to well-qualified applicants About the Role As a Registered Nurse in our Medical‑Surgical team, you will provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and engage in continuous improvement and education. How you'll contribute Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document patient care and monitor patient condition, communicating with the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs. Provide patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances. Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients. Participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. BCLS required. ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred. One year of experience preferred.
