This position is responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and/or repairs of company equipment with a focus on automated systems. Leading troubleshooting and improvement project efforts. Growth and advancement: Join a global company that loves to promote from within and allows for advancement Pay $70,000 - $90,000 annually Essential Job Functions / Primary Responsibilities Adheres to and promotes all safety procedures and safety culture. Serves as the Lead Technician for the Equipment Maintenance Team. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to support and implement companywide projects and efforts. Resolves high‑level technical issues and acts as a subject matter expert for automated production equipment. Monitors and makes minor adjustments to vision inspection systems. Performs routine maintenance and repairs of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Assists automation engineering team in the building of automated cells, fixtures and End of Arm Tools. Performs preventative maintenance activities on automated equipment. Ensures accurate documentation for repairs and maintenance in ERP system. Uses Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and complexity in all processes. Education High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) 2-year technical degree (Desired) Experience 2-year degree in Automation Systems and Robotics, Mechatronics or related technical field. (Required) Minimum 3 years' experience in automated equipment / machine maintenance and repair. (Required) Demonstrated ability to lead and/or mentor others OR strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for a leadership role. (Desired) Experience with clean room manufacturing. Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of robotics, vision inspection systems, automated controls, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
