Job Responsibilities

• Offer hands-on intraoperative assistance, from preparing the operating environment to ensuring optimal patient positioning and instrument management.
• Provide exemplary pre- and post-operative care, including administration of medications, wound management, discharge planning, and educating patients.

Education Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program required.
• Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgery is highly preferred.

Certifications Needed

• Must hold a current and unrestricted PA-C certification.
• BLS and ACLS credentials are required.
• State licensure or eligibility as a Physician Assistant is necessary.
