Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
Current Alabama SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams
Passion for helping patients improve communication and swallowing function

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
