Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Comfort with documentation, progress reports, and compliance with educational standards and IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ needs related to fine motor, sensory processing, and functional school tasks
• Develop and implement targeted intervention programs designed to promote students’ participation and success in the classroom
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate generalization of skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Provide direct and consultative services, adapting materials and activities to meet a variety of student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate student progress
