About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership, with a strong focus on advancing the organization's mission and ensuring exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall vision, direction, and leadership of the company's operations, including effective operational planning, fiscal management, and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Building and leading a high-performing executive team, fostering strong relationships with physicians and the community, and driving sustainable growth and innovation are key aspects of the role. The CEO will also be a key representative of the company, championing its mission, vision, and values, and leading strategic business development initiatives. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should ideally hold a medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school, with an advanced degree in a related field or equivalent executive leadership experience. A minimum of 7 years' management experience in an acute care healthcare setting, along with a proven track record in physician relations, medical staff operations, and quality improvement, is required. The role demands a leader with strong financial and operational management skills, and a demonstrated ability in strategic leadership, innovation, and business development. The CEO will be expected to be a consensus builder, balancing the needs of patients, physicians, employees, and the organization, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
