What You'll Do

Connect With Clients and Build Relationships

As a Virtual Client Care Advisor, you'll help prospective and existing clients have a positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Contact prospective and existing clients through company-provided opportunities.

• Schedule and conduct Zoom and phone consultations.

• Listen carefully to client questions, concerns, and priorities.

• Help clients understand available choices.

Provide Continued Customer Care
