Shift Leader

Shift Leader Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for a Shift Leader. As a Shift Leader, you will collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. You will set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach team members as needed, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. You will help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Responsibilities Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours and days, including early hours (as early as 3AM) and weekends. Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Must possess or be able to obtain a ServSafe certification prior to completing leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (optional following location requirements). Tip eligibility subject to state regulations. Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
