Summary: The Warehouse Picker is responsible for selecting, verifying, packaging, and restocking merchandise using proper warehouse equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations. Work Hours: Sunday to Thursday from 07:00 PM to 05:30 AM, 2 Friday(s) a month from 07:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $20.75 to $22.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $59,600 and $75,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, premium pay differential, overtime hours, and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

• Pick, package, verify, put away, and load merchandise onto pallets
• Operate warehouse equipment including order picker, reach truck, sit-down or stand-up forklift, and electric pallet jack
• Restock merchandise and conduct inventory checks as needed
• Repackage and re-palletize tile products on the floor and in storage racks
• Complete daily equipment checklists before operating industrial lifts
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) plus years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience operating industrial warehouse equipment preferred
• Basic proficiency using a computer or tablet is a plus.
