The Bartender/Barista supports a combined bar and café beverage program, providing welcoming and efficient service across bar, table, and counter-service environments. This role prepares cocktails and coffee beverages according to established recipes while supporting daily operations, customer orders, and cash transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks, cocktails, and coffee beverages according to established recipes.
- Provide attentive service across bar, table, and counter-service settings.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and process customer transactions.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Clean and maintain beverage equipment and service areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in beverage service.
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
- Experience with espresso preparation and coffee brewing.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Cash-handling experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
