Job Title: Senior Account Supervisor (SAS) – Digital Corporate Communications

Compensation Range: $60/hr - $66/hr W2

Job Description:

• Support a global healthcare organization's corporate digital communications initiatives, focused on strengthening corporate reputation, brand visibility, and digital presence.
• Oversee day-to-day execution across six integrated digital communications workstreams, including corporate branding, social strategy, content strategy, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, managing expectations, understanding business priorities, and translating evolving requests into actionable plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of digital, creative, content, social, and communications specialists to ensure deliverables remain aligned with broader client objectives.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop GEO playbooks, processes, and recommendations that improve corporate visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
• Review playbooks, presentations, and other client deliverables for clarity, consistency, and alignment across workstreams.
• Lead client meetings, project planning, status updates, and cross-functional discussions, ensuring clear ownership of action items and next steps.
• Identify dependencies, anticipate roadblocks, resolve challenges, and maintain accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous or evolving client needs into structured workflows and practical solutions in collaboration with internal specialists.
• Connect digital communications initiatives to broader corporate reputation and business objectives, ensuring teams operate collaboratively rather than in silos.
• Provide guidance to junior account team members, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of professional experience within a public relations, digital communications, creative, or integrated marketing agency.
• Strong background in corporate communications, corporate reputation, and integrated digital initiatives.
• Experience independently managing client relationships, leading account activities, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional agency teams, including digital, social, content, creative, and communications specialists.
• Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, client expectations, and competing priorities across complex engagements.
• Strong understanding of digital communications channels, content strategy, social strategy, and how they contribute to broader corporate reputation objectives.
• Ability to translate high-level client requests and strategic direction into actionable project plans, workflows, and deliverables.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Experience identifying project dependencies, resolving blockers, and maintaining alignment across multiple teams and initiatives.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity without relying on established processes or predefined solutions.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working hands-on with internal teams while maintaining visibility into the broader account strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting corporate communications or reputation initiatives for large, complex enterprise organizations.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience.
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered search, digital discoverability, or SEO.
• Experience supporting the development of digital strategy playbooks, frameworks, or integrated communications processes.
• Experience working within a digital Center of Excellence or similarly structured cross-functional agency engagement.
• Experience mentoring junior account team members or overseeing account execution across multiple specialized teams.
