Key Responsibilities

- Manage a caseload, ensuring individualized and effective care.
- Build strong relationships with families, providing training and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Experience in clinical, educational, or home-based settings preferred.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
