Lead System Analyst

We are seeking a Lead System Analyst to design and document complex technical solutions. This role involves interacting with customers to identify and document functional requirements, and directing cross-departmental projects. The position can be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity if near a company campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to identify and document functional requirements, including business functions, procedural flows, data elements, and performance criteria.
• Design and document complex technical solutions to meet functional systems requirements, including feasibility evaluation, technical architecture, and logical data models.
• Develop detailed design function specifications, program specifications, and system processes.
• Create testing and conversion procedures for new solutions.
• Direct and develop complex, highly visible projects across departments and assign tasks.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Significant experience in full lifecycle project planning and management within a large, complex Information Systems environment, including planning, testing, implementing, and problem-solving.
• Advanced organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Word is required.
