ED Registrar

Insight global is seeking a ED Registrar to support a local hospital system in Baltimore, MD. On a day-to-day basis, the ED Registrar serves as the first point of contact for patients arriving in the Emergency Department, responsible for accurately registering patients, verifying insurance, collecting copays, and ensuring all demographic and consent information is completed in a fastpaced, highvolume environment. The role requires constant multitasking across multiple computer applications using workstations on wheels (WOWs), maintaining strong attention to detail while managing approximately 30-35 patients per 12hour shift.
