Senior Product Associate, Digital Channels, Chase Travel

You’ll partner across design, engineering, and business teams to deliver meaningful improvements from discovery through launch.As a Senior Product Associate in Chase Travel, you’ll drive product strategy and execution for a defined area of the digital travel experience, using data, research, and customer feedback to build new capabilities and continuously improve existing journeys.Job responsibilitiesOwns and delivers the product roadmap for a defined focus area across web and mobile experiencesDefines product strategy and priorities using business goals, customer research, and analyticsGathers, document, and clarify requirements across internal teams and external partners to align on outcomes and milestonesPartners with cross-functional teams including design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, operations, servicing, and marketing to deliver product enhancementsLeads product reviews and strategy discussions with leaders, using performance insights to evolve roadmap decisionsWrites epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable effective deliveryRuns experiments and iterate based on measurable results and customer insightsMaintains strong understanding of user journeys and experience insights to inform backlog refinement and future enhancementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree is required. 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or digital product delivery.Experience with product lifecycle activities including discovery, requirements definition, backlog refinement, and prioritization.Experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.Strong quantitative skills and comfort using data to make product decisionsAbility to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and strong follow-throughComfort navigating ambiguity and driving progress through changePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience building or managing products in the travel industryExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsFamiliarity with experimentation practices (for example, A/B testing) and learning loopsProficiency with Jira and ConfluenceChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
