\nAn established concierge medical organization in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director of a growing outpatient practice.\n

\nThis leadership role combines direct patient care, clinical leadership, functional and integrative medicine, longevity care, metabolic health, and practice development.\n
\n
\nThe incoming physician will assume responsibility for an established patient population and work alongside a highly supported clinical and administrative team. The practice is seeking a physician who can establish strong patient relationships, provide confident clinical leadership, and contribute to the continued development of the practice.\n
\n
\nThe selected physician must be prepared to start within 45 days and demonstrate current, practical experience in at least two of the three required service categories outlined below.\n
