Job Summary We are seeking an associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and relationship solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current associate marriage and family therapy registration with BBS

Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
