Rehab Tech / Front Desk Associate – Rehab Specialists Where Compassion Meets Excellence

Schedule: ~20 hours/week (with potential for more hours), 7 am - 11 am (Mon-Fri, no weekends required)

Pay Range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).

What You’ll Do

1. Patient Greeting & Clinical Support (Rehab Tech)

• Warm Patient Onboarding: Welcome every patient with warmth, guide them to treatment areas, and help start their sessions for therapists (e.g., getting them set up on equipment or prep areas).

• Direct Therapist Assistance: Assist therapists with patient care support, exercise guidance under supervision, and helping patients who require additional physical support.

• Flow Management: Communicate schedule updates to patients and therapists to ensure sessions stay on time and run smoothly.

2. Clinic Sanitation & Environment Maintenance

• Sanitation: Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and disinfect equipment, exercise tools, and treatment tables between patient sessions.

• Clinic Upkeep: Maintain a clean, inviting reception and clinical area, manage clinic laundry routines, and ensure restroom cleanliness throughout the day.

• Supply Management: Monitor inventory for clinical and office supplies; assist with ordering and restocking.

3. Front Desk & Administrative Operations

• Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments to optimize provider calendars and treatment room flow.

• Patient Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and guide patients through their visits with clear, calm communication.

• Transactions: Record and collect patient payments and co-pays as needed.

• Team Connectivity: Monitor and respond to internal company communications promptly.

4. Representing Our Values

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or coursework in Healthcare/Kinesiology/Pre -PT is a plus.

• Prior experience in customer service, medical front desk, or physical therapy aide/tech roles preferred.

• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and phone communication skills.

• High attention to detail, strong time-management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to stand/walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

As a private, PT-owned clinic, we specialize in high-quality, one-on-one Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. We believe in a hands-on approach combined with deep patient education, with our therapists undergoing extensive training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and the McKenzie Method.
