Sr Analyst, Tax - International

Job Summary Assist with tax compliances, tax audit and litigation support and tax provision process. Maintain tax systems, tax files, and tax work‑papers to comply with internal and external tax reporting guidelines independently. High working knowledge of tax compliance and process for tax reporting. Prepare tax provision workpapers in accordance with ASC740 and prepare workpapers to support tax returns. Identify opportunities for tax savings and potential deductions and assist with tax projects related to tax planning, restructuring, etc. Collect, organize, and analyze financial data and assess the impact of new tax laws. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., accounting, finance) and external auditors. Key Roles & Responsibilities Assist with the tax provision work for US GAAP purposes for the Americas. Assist with tax compliance by preparing tax returns and supporting work papers for multiple jurisdictions in the Americas and coordinate with external advisors. Assist and provide support with tax audits, investigations and controversy responses in the Americas' jurisdictions. Assist with tax planning opportunities. Assist other functions for tax related queries (e.g., accounting, supply chain, marketing, legal and HR) and coordinate with external tax advisors. Education Minimum required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Preferred: Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA. Experience Minimum required: 4+ years experience in tax at a Big Four. Pre‑Requisite / Qualification Must successfully complete pre‑employment drug screen.
