Where you'll be working:
Location(s): East LA, CA
Setting: schools, in-home, and clinic
Population Served: Early intervention through age 21
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Provide BCBA-level clinical oversight for clients receiving ABA services across home, school, and clinic settings
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress for children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral needs
- Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff delivering direct services
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
- Caseload size: Varies by client hours and service needs
- Billable hour expectations: 100 billable hours per month
- Non-billable support: 60 non-billable hours provided monthly (includes drive time and administrative tasks)
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
- Base salary: $82-90K
