Atttention Experienced Area Managers from Fast Food, Fast Caual and Full Service, our team is interviewing to fill open Full Service Restaurant District Manager positions in the Virginia Beach, VA. area. You’ll be leading a team delivering freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items for our guests coupled with a unique mix of fun, great food and exceptional hospitality.
Our Restaurant District Managers enjoy:
Salary range of $80k to $100k
Attainable quarterly bonus

Requirements of our Restaurant District Manager:
Must have 3+ years of Multi-Unit leadership experience
Serve Safe certification
Must be skilled in overall restaurant COG’s control
Must understand how to lead a team in delivering excellent guest service
Pass a Background check/ drug test
Restaurant District Manager responsibilities will include:
Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals
Ensuring efficient restaurant operation, maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
Oversight of team selection, scheduling, training and development
Managing, developing FOH and BOH and Restaurant Management teams
Ensuring health and safety restaurant regulations
To be successful in this role, you’ll need solid fast casual or quick service restaurant management experience at the multi-unit level.
