Fitness Instructor

Role Overview: Seeking certified Yoga, Barre, & Pilates instructors to lead engaging classes that promote members' physical fitness and well-being. Responsibilities include designing safe, motivating sessions, fostering community, maintaining equipment and cleanliness, and providing exceptional member experiences. Instructors should adapt to diverse fitness levels, incorporate industry trends, and collaborate with team members to support fitness initiatives and grow class participation. Key Duties Lead dynamic, inspiring classes that build confidence and community Deliver consistent, high-quality experiences with proper setup and enthusiasm Stay updated on certifications, class formats, and industry best practices Engage with members and support team communication and culture Participate in meetings, events, and promotional activities Qualifications & Skills Current, nationally recognized fitness certification Ability to motivate large groups and provide clear cueing Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills CPR/First Aid certification Preferred: 200 RYT certification, bilingual in Spanish Physical ability to perform high-intensity workouts, lift at least 50lbs, and climb stairs Benefits: Free memberships, discounts, personal device stipend, Kids Club access, paid training, 401K, and growth opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stand Together Ventures Lab
