Registered Nurse

Description Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Building Nurse for the upcoming school year. This role provides comprehensive health services within the school setting. Location Schools are located in the Chicago (Gage Park/Archer Heights neighborhood). Duties & Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and health assessments to students. Manage daily health office operations and student medical needs. Participate as a member of the IEP team (not responsible for IEP documentation). Monitor and support students with chronic and acute health conditions. Provide care for a student requiring catheterization; prior catheter experience is required. Collaborate with school staff, families, and health care providers to ensure student well-being. Required Skills & Experience Active RN license required. School nursing, pediatric, community health, or related nursing experience preferred. Catheterization experience required. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
