Role Description
We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with the following responsibilities:
- Development experience with the ability to provide application support when required.
- Ability to handle offshore and onshore teams.
- Viewed as a technical leader alongside development and infrastructure teams.
- Leading technical and design discussions with IT executives to aid enterprises in their adoption processes.
- Experience in architecting and maintaining high availability of current platforms and services using core skills in Java microservices.
- Good to have knowledge or expertise in Cassandra, Kafka, API, Jenkins, and AWS S3.
- Influencing customers and teams on infrastructure architecture by sharing expertise and best practices.
- Understanding of IT operational capabilities, including change release, infrastructure, and application management.
- Ensuring horizontal and vertical scalability as per needs.
- Experience in Agile software development and DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of experience required.
