Play with Kids! Behavior Technician

Help autistic children find their voice. And discover your calling.

As a Behavior Technician , you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

What you’ll do

• Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Celebrate their wins! (big and small)

Pay & Benefits

• $21 - $25 / hour based on experience and education
• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 7:30pm (15-20/week)

Hiring Bonus

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

• Cities Targeting- North County Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles. South County San Luis Obispo, 5 Cities & Nipomo must being willing to travel within 20 miles.
• We aim to match you with clients near your home, and we offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away.

 

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
• Reliable transportation

 

No experience? No problem!

We’ll teach you everything you need to know. And if you’ve ever worked as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, personal attendant, daycare, childcare, babysitter, caregiver, or aide, or studied psychology, social work, or sociology — you’re already halfway there!
