Job Description
Title: CVICU RN

Schedule: Variable 07:00-17:00 (Rotating Weekends)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- 1+ years of recent ICU RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required (Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation)
- Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
- BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
