In addition, RACO International L.P. is the manufacturer of LM series belt-driven Linear Actuators and EC Actuators that are sold, manufactured and serviced locally. About the role:
The self-motivated Regional Sales Engineer regularly visit customers and/or sales representatives within the given sales territory to ensure that sales strategies are being instituted and that sales goals are being met. The Regional Sales Engineer’s responsibilities include analyzing sales trends and developing sales strategies for the sales territory. Furthermore, addressing and selling directly mechanical, electromechanical, electrical and electronic equipment and supplies in a industrial environment. To become a successful Regional Sales Engineer, you should be motivated and driven towards meeting sales goals. Team player. A high-performing Regional Sales Engineer should possess the ability to suggest innovative ways to reach sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Creating forecast for sales territory in alignment with the strategy and business objectives
- Participate and present during monthly sales meeting
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Analyze regional market trends and identify new applications and market needs
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in trade shows and industry committee meetings related to the industry
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to grow territory sales
Candidate requirements: xhqgsiq
- BS degree in Electro / Mechanical or Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Engineer, Area Manager, Inside Sales Engineer or similar sales role
- Availability to travel as needed (30%)
- Actively used CRM software for sales activities
- Understanding business operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Compensation:
- base pay of $70,000-85,000
- additional, uncapped commission and order bonuses
