Education Requirements Diploma in Nursing, Associate’s Degree from a two‑year college, or Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college and successful completion of a prescribed curriculum of study which has led to licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kansas. Evidence of possessing the experience of a licensed nurse on a staff level. Preferably has at least one year of successful practice in nursing and has previous critical care related nursing experience. Certification Must obtain certification in BCLS and ACLS within 1 year, and PALS and Trauma Nursing Core Course within 2 years. Required: CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
