Program Specialist

Easterseals NH is looking for a Program Specialist to join our Community Based Services team. This program supports individuals within our residential homes. Responsibilities Work directly with the Program Manager to assist in reviewing, monitoring and participating in the development, implementation, and monitoring of program goals. Act as a Peer Guide for assigned new Direct Support Associates (DSA), which includes providing on‑the‑job training and program orientation, maintaining and documenting contact with assigned DSA for a minimum of six months, consistently demonstrating professionalism, exceptional customer service, and positive demeanor, and elevating any positive feedback and/or concerns to supervisor. In this role you will also assist with preparation and compliance of required documentation as requested by supervisor and perform direct support responsibilities as necessary, including personal care and transportation. About the Home This position is based in a residential home with three adult women in Concord. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field with (1) year of Direct Support experience, or a High School Diploma or equivalent with two years of Direct Support experience. Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements. Must be flexible, including weekends, to support program needs. Hours 40 hours/week. Compensation $25 per hour.
