PM Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Take control of the lunch and or dinner service and ensure guests receive a delicious and memorable meal
- Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after dinner
- Ensure the kitchen is always kept clean and hygienic
- Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
- Ensure all food is always freshly prepared and on time
- Ensure all dishes are prepared for the correct recipe and for the correct quantity
- Ensure any issues are communicated promptly to the F&B Supervisor
- Ensuring and controlling levels of guest satisfaction
- Monitor and ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Serve Safe Certification preferred but not necessary
