Opportunity Overview Centra Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Medicine and Brain & Spine service line in Lynchburg, Virginia. This outpatient opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care across: Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services Our integrated care model supports patients throughout diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Responsibilities Position Highlights $15,000 sign-on bonus Dedicated clinic location in a modern medical facility Dedicated procedure space for office-based interventions Strong physician and APP collaboration Supportive team environment with excellent work-life balance Responsibilities Include: Patient evaluations and follow-up visits Treatment planning and care management Ordering and reviewing labs and imaging Pre-procedure assessments Minor office procedures, including trigger point and joint injections Qualifications Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, and Master's of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN)Required Experience: Minimum of five (5+) years of progressive experience in area of specializationRequired Certifications and Licensures: Current licensure by the Virginia State Board of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority. Maintains BLS and ACLS Certifications.
