We are cooperating with a well-established international school in Beijing and now recruiting an experienced English Teacher who can serve as Homeroom Teacher. You will deliver immersive English courses for kindergarten and primary students, take charge of daily class management and home-school communication, and join a supportive teaching team with competitive benefits and paid winter & summer vacations. Job Responsibilities
1.Prepare and deliver lively, interactive English lessons for kindergarten and primary students, design diverse classroom activities to build an immersive English learning atmosphere for young learners.
2.Serve as the homeroom teacher to take charge of daily class management, track students’ academic progress, daily behaviors and mental wellbeing.
3.Conduct regular parent communication, timely share students’ school performance, answer parental inquiries and jointly realize home-school collaborative education.
4.Cooperate with all subject teachers to follow up the whole class’s learning situation, provide targeted academic tutoring for students with learning difficulties.
5.Comply with all school regulations, organize various class events, complete simple statistical and daily administrative tasks assigned by the school. Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in English, Education or other relevant disciplines; hold a valid teacher qualification certificate with near-native English proficiency.
2.At least 2 years of full-time English teaching and homeroom management experience for kindergarten or primary students; candidates with international school working background will be prioritized.
3.Skilled in young learner classroom management, patient, responsible, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
4.Identify with the school’s educational philosophy, strong execution ability and good team player.
