What you will experience in this role:
- Plant loading dock operations load trucks, verify outgoing shipments, stage material for efficient loading, secure loads for safe transportation
- Material Handling move product using various equipment while maintaining safety & accuracy
- Documentation complete basic shipping paperwork and ensure labels, counts, parts, and assigned material is packaged together
- Safety & Housekeeping maintain a clean, organized loading area and follow all facility safety rules, PPE requirements and equipment procedures
- Teamwork Work closely with other team members and teams to support smooth and accurate material flow
You have:
- High school diploma or comparable experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Warehouse, shipping and loading experience preferred
- Ability to work in various weather situations
