AUTO OFFER Location: Roswell, New Mexico Department: ER Department Nights Position Information: This will be an Auto Offer Position The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care of the patient in the Emergency Department; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Shift Details: Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM 13-Week Assignment 36-Hour Guarantee 3-12 hour shifts per week Option for 48 hr. Guarantee Option for Blocked Scheduling (not required each week) Every other weekend required Floating required, rarely but as needed Minimum Requirements: NM RN License NHIS Stroke, SAMA or CPI, ACLS, BLS, PALS & TNCC 2 Years Experience Scrubs: Royal Blue EMR: Cerner, Mindray Telemetry Monitoring Note: Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from facility – local candidates not accepted! #J-18808-Ljbffr
