What You’ll Do: Trailer Loading & Unloading: Expertly load and unload trailers to maintain a seamless, on-time shipping and receiving logistics flow. Material Handling: Safely transport pallets and raw materials throughout a fast-paced warehouse environment to directly support production lines. Inventory Tracking: Utilize RF scanners to accurately track materials, manage pallet locations, and maintain strict inventory control. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with a skilled warehouse crew and production teams to consistently meet and exceed high-volume daily goals. Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA and facility safety protocols to ensure a secure, incident-free manufacturing and warehouse environment. Shift & Schedule Management: Successfully manage workload demands within a high-impact, rotating 2-2-3 schedule framework. The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 6 hours at one time working weekends Skills Sit Down Forklifts Pallet Jack Operation Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level: Entry Level Experience Entry Level 1 year Education No Degree Required What You’ll LOVE: $20/hr Pay and a 2-2-3 schedule that protects your time off.
