Vice President of Operations
Location: Plano, TX
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Monday–Friday
Travel: Approximately 25% domestic and international travel

A highly respected Fortune 500 technology and semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a transformational Vice President of Operations to lead a large-scale, globally integrated operations organization.
This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity overseeing approximately 800+ employees and a complex global operating environment spanning supply chain, manufacturing planning, logistics, inventory, customer operations, and fulfillment.
The successful leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence while developing and executing a long-term strategy designed to support continued growth, scalability, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
This position offers significant executive visibility and a strong long-term career path, including succession planning toward broader senior executive leadership opportunities .
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global operations strategies supporting profitable growth, scalability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Lead end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment operations, including planning, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, transportation, customs, and customer operations.
Oversee revenue execution and future capacity planning across a complex global manufacturing network.
Lead a global organization of 800+ employees while developing a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on operational effectiveness, cost competitiveness, scalability, and organizational agility.
Establish disciplined operating models, performance management processes, KPI governance, and operational review structures.
Lead digital transformation initiatives utilizing analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and advanced technologies.
Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Sales, IT, manufacturing, and senior executive leadership to align operational strategy with bus
