We are currently recruiting for a full-time Power Projects Coordinator for our San Jose branch. This role is 100% onsite. The Power Projects Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Power Projects Department team, coordinating bid requests, and assisting in the preparation of quotes and submittals. Enter job information into Job Management and SE Advantage. Download necessary documents and create submittal packages. Create Operations and Maintenance Instructions (“O&Ms”). Complete other tasks as necessary to support the workflow of the projects team. Skills : Computer Skills : Working experience with general proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
