Job Summary Location: Flat Shoals Outpatient Center, Flat Shoals Outpatient Center in Decatur | Grady Health As a Primary Care Physician at Grady’s Flat Shoals Outpatient Center, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse community. Reporting to on-site Medical Director, the role of the Grady Primary Care Physician is to ensure high quality, safe, timely, patient centered, team-based patient care in accordance with the mission and vision of Grady Health System. Qualifications Doctorate of Medicine (MD or DO) required Completion of an accredited Primary Care residency program Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Core Competencies These competencies reflect the values and behaviors expected of all Grady team members, regardless of role.
