Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services Provide emotional support and empathy to residents and their families Requirements: Current RN licensure in the state of Texas Long-term nursing experience preferred Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with a rotation of three shifts on, three shifts off Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision.
