Position Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Private Duty Home Care in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Provide private duty nursing care to patients in their homes, maintain accurate electronic documentation, collaborate with clinicians and staff to achieve clinical outcomes. Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state in which the clinician will practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire if necessary). TB skin test current within the last 12 months. Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation.
