Area: Windward Gardens. Order Reason: New Opening. Contract Weeks: 14. Guarantee Hours: 40. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing activities on site to ensure quality care. Lead on-site RN team, assign responsibilities, and track individual performance. Monitor patient care plans and adjust tasks to meet performance targets. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies. Document care activities accurately for visibility and reporting. Utilize data and pipelines to forecast staffing needs and identify gaps. Demonstrate a results-driven approach by achieving unit-level targets. Foster a growth mindset by pursuing ongoing professional development. Coach and mentor junior staff to improve clinical skills and performance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care. Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
