DUTIES

New Member Acquisition and Retention: Booking appointments and following up with leads to schedule class experiences Conducting studio tours and educating prospects on products, programs, and pricing Presenting membership or class package options based on student goals to achieve sales goals Onboarding new members properly to ensure retention Studio Operations & Promotion: Maintaining a clean and inviting environment Participating in community events to promote the studio

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments Physical ability to stand, sit, lift, and climb stairs as needed
