Site Safety Lead: Inspections, Training & Compliance

Conduct regular job site safety inspections, audits, equipment checks, and hazard assessments Lead and document toolbox talks, safety meetings, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) Communicate OSHA and company safety requirements clearly to field crews and subcontractors Investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety violations; track corrective actions to completion Maintain accurate safety documentation, training records, and compliance logs Serve as a point of contact during OSHA inspections and regulatory visits Analyze safety data and trends and recommend corrective or preventive actions Coach and influence superintendents, foremen, and crews to reinforce safe work behaviors Support the Safety Manager with continuous improvement initiatives and special projects Enforce Suntec’s safety policies, procedures, and standards across all active job sites #J-18808-Ljbffr Suntec Concrete
