Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid OH K-12 Intervention Specialist License required
- Experience teaching or supporting high school-aged students strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families
- Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance with federal and state regulations
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom that respects each student’s individual needs
Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning profiles
- Adapt curriculum and instructional techniques to meet the needs outlined in each student’s IEP
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate and timely records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work closely with general education teachers and related service providers to support student success
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages academic, social, and emotional growth
- Communicate regularly with families to share progress, address concerns, and collaborate on student goals
