Business Analyst - Cincinnati - Onsite - Waterfall Agile

Business Analyst Our client is a privately held and headquartered in Cincinnati. They are leader in their industry and continuing to expand into new areas. They offer the ability to learn and grow within a team in leadership and team member roles. The Business Analyst will be responsible for the project management, analysis, testing and end-user training of the systems and applications within various business areas. The Business Analyst works closely with the business, other members of the IT team and outside vendors to identify, define, test and implement system solutions. Hybrid role on site three days per week, remote two days per week. Must be local to Cincinnati. General Responsibilities: Provides technology and/or process consulting services to business areas during integrations Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects Conducts interviews with associates, management and department leaders to develop clear requirements for enhancements or projects Gathers business requirements and translates into technical requirements for the creation of application enhancements and features Functions as the liaison between the business line, operations, and the technical areas throughout the project cycle Creation of project estimation, detailed project plans, work assignments, vendor dates and other aspects of assigned projects Lead and manage development projects, integration projects, software selection etc. Effectively manage change requests or requests for enhancements Ability to manage IT and business associates time within project selection, requirements gathering, and/or projects Works with programming resources to ensure that system enhancements follow the appropriate IT guidelines, meet or exceed user requirements and are completed in a timely fashion Assist in troubleshooting post implementation issues for large/complex projects Develops training plans for new application releases or changes Experience and Education Requirements : Bachelor Degree 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role Experience with system integrations and implementations Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile Must be on site at headquarters in Cincinnati three days per week, remote two days per week.
