Your job will be to provide custom commercial and office cleaning services. We will strive to achieve operational agility and flexibility, high employee engagement, cost excellence, and safe, sustainable operations. **Weekly Schedule:** Monday – Friday 7am – 3.30pm (1st Shift) ## **In this Role:*** Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas.* Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized, including floors, windows, and furniture.* Maintain cleanliness in restrooms by replenishing supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions.* Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.* ## Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.* Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.* Assist with special cleaning projects as required. ## **What You Will Need to Succeed:*** Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is welcomed but not essential* Someone who can work on their own and as part of a team* A positive can-do attitude ## **What you can expect from us:*** An hourly rate target $18.50/hour* Opportunity for annual cash bonus* Opportunity for performance based annual merit increase* Health / Dental / Vision Benefits Day - One* 5% matching 401k* Generous PTO benefits* Additional benefits including but not limited to pet insurance, mental health resources, volunteer paid days off, employee stock program, foundation donation matching, and much more!**Why IDEXX?**We’re proud of the work we do because our work matters.
